FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS




Q:  How many images will I get on my USB?

A:  This will depend on the package you choose.  For a standard package which includes the bride getting ready through to the reception formalities you can expect approximately 300 images.



Q:  Will my images be edited (photoshopped)?

A:  All of your images will be reviewed in editing software to ensure correct colour balance and minor adjustements to clarity, saturation and contrast will be made.  This should be standard for all professional photography and we ensure that the final images look natural.  In most cases it is not likely that you will even notice that the image has been edited.



Q: How long after my wedding will I get my images?

A: We endeavour to get your printed proof album to you within 3-4 weeks of you wedding day.  We will often, with your permission, post "sneak peek" images on our social media pages within a week of your wedding.  If you have purchased a package that includes the online slide show we endeavour to have that link uploaded within 2 weeks of your wedding.  



Q:  How long will you store my images?

A:  All of your images will be kept for 5 years and stored on two separate hard drives and also a disk.  All copies will be retained in separate locations to ensure that any loss via fire, theft or damage will not result in the total loss of you images.  We can provide you with a second copy of your USB should you lose or damage your original copy for a fee of $50.



Q:  Can I have some photos in black and white, sepia or a combination of black and white and colour?

A:  Any image taken at your wedding can be produced in black and white or sepia at no extra cost.  If you wish to have a photograph produced in a combination of black and white and colour (selective colour), this can be done at an extra cost of $5 per image. 



Q:  What are your payment terms?

A:  We require a non refundable deposit of $500 at the time of booking to secure your wedding date.  This deposit is to be paid by cash, PayPal, direct bank deposit ir via EFTPOS.  Total payment is required within two weeks of your wedding.  We can arrange for payment plans leading up to the wedding so that you are not required to pay a lump sum just prior to your wedding.  Final payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, EFTPOS or PayPal.
The cost of your photography package (excluding the deposit) is refundable up to 50% of the price from two weeks until 72 hours prior to the wedding date, after that time the monies are no longer refundable. 



Q:  How far will you travel?

A:  We will provide wedding photography anywhere, locations in the Greater Sydney area, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Central Coast are at no extra cost.  If you wish to have your wedding at a location outside these areas, contact us and we can give you an indication of the extra travel costs.



Q:  What can I do if your packages don't suit my needs?

A:  Contact us and we will be happy to discuss tailor made options for your special day.  We will endeavour to meet your needs.



Q:  Is it possible to do a pre-wedding/engagement shoot?

A:  Yes, we will arrange a pre wedding shoot on location for a fee of $250.  This includes 4-5x7 prints, 2 - 8x12 professional printed images and a disk of your session.  The enlargement is perfect for displaying at your reception.
